House Rules & Stay Policy

This is a private, well-maintained home in a quiet residential community. These rules are in place to maintain a clean, respectful, and structured environment for all guests.

Access & Use

  • Guest access is limited to the upstairs area only
  • Downstairs area is private and not accessible
  • Shared spaces include bathroom and lounge area

Kitchen & Food Use

Guests have access to upstairs appliances.
Downstairs kitchen is private and not part of guest access.

Occupancy

  • Maximum of 2 guests per room
  • No additional or unregistered guests allowed
  • No parties, gatherings, or events

Noise & Conduct

  • Maintain a quiet environment at all times
  • No loud music or disruptive behavior
  • Respect shared spaces and other occupants

Cleanliness

  • Keep room and shared areas clean
  • Dispose of trash properly
  • Report any issues promptly

Booking Policy

  • All bookings require approval before confirmation
  • Reservation is secured only after payment is completed
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights
  • Maximum stay: 30 days

Meal Packages

  • Optional meal packages must be selected and paid in advance
  • Meal packages are non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled service

Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or violations of house rules during their stay. Additional charges may apply if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Policy

All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

No-Show

  • Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Early Departure

  • No refunds will be issued for early check-out or unused nights.

Meal Packages

  • Meal packages are non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled service.

Approval Clause

  • All bookings are subject to approval.
  • A reservation is only confirmed after payment is received.

Agreement

By submitting a booking request and completing payment, you agree to all house rules and policies stated above.
